Volunteering at Hortpark for the Children Cancer Foundation

Instead of spending our usual Friday Nights on movies and dinner to kickstart the weekend, a group of CCC volunteers headed down to Hortpark to volunteer for Project Springs in conjunction with the Children's Cancer Foundation.

We put our skills to the practice by folding origami to be displayed at our Booth. In addition, we increased our repertoire of folding Origami by picking up a few more skills from Yi Qi,. a member of the Project Springs.

By volunteering our evening there, we not only gained experience in learning more about how the Children's Cancer Foundation operates but also picked up the skills of promoting and creating awareness about the CCF amongst our patrons.

It was indeed an enriching experience, a Friday night well spent!
